Do Kessils need actinic supplements??? (SPS Tank)

With the surge of the aquatic life fixtures I've been tracking a ton of what bulb combo threads, so sorry in advance for beating a dead horse, but I haven't been able to find out what bulbs benefit the corals the most.

Tank info:
48x24x10 - sps growout tank
8.0 dkh
420 ca

I'm currently running 2 blue+, coral+ and a purple+ to supplement 2 kessil 360's just based on the visual color blend I like but I want to make sure I'm providing everything with all the spectrums they need to grow. Growth is my primary concern followed by coral coloration.

Thanks for the link. For some reason the pics didn't load and I also forgot to mention I'm adding a 3rd kessil 360, spaced 12" apart, for better led coverage.

Sounds pretty.

Myself , I'd start and end with the led on a ramp and use the t5 for a shorter time , only at the peak.
Save on tubes , still grow coral.

I agree with saltyfilmfolks. Actinic bulbs are more about coral pop than growth. I have three Kessil A360WE with four T5 retrofits. I have two Blue Plus, one KZ Coral Light II and one KZ Fiji Purple. I originally had two KZ Coal Light II to try to speed growth, but it was too white for my taste. I am still getting good growth with the current selection of bulbs.

Nice, I was thinking along the same route. 2 coral+ for growth or the combo I have now for a little more aesthetics. How do you like those kz bulbs?

They are great bulbs. The Coral Light II is very white as I said but it really seems to help with growth.

I'm going to test that setup out in a couple months to compare them.

I’m running 4x blue plus and 2x pure actinic with two a360wes. I run the kessils at 100% power and 50% color. This is the perfect combo for me.
