Do not ship my package

Amazon stinks lately and I have prime. it says will be delivered today and all of a sudden says next day.

I bet he received a auto generated tracking number and assumed it was a shipping notification.

Obviously if an employee lied about shipping it then that would be wrong lol

The initial post just came across as a temper tantrum to me

They do give you a shipment notification but that only means the order was processed as shipped not actually picked up from shipment.

I had this same thing happen from them actually and I just received the package today. The email they send out specifically states that the package was shipped and when clicking on the link provided in the email it stated that the package was on its way. However, expanding on the shipping details just said that the shipping label was created. I ignored it and assumed it would get to me eventually, but what I ordered wasn't time sensitive for me in any way, shape, or form.

Basically, don't tell someone their package is shipped and on its way until it's actually shipped and on its way.

I think the seller does that to prevent you from changing your order. As to delivery days it rarely happens to me and usually from a Chinese source which by the way was not mentioned . Again I think its the sellers doing it. Which by the way they are Careful of following . Another thing they do is that when you click on an article it will warn you if the seller has a lot of returns . That is from reviews Maybe. Which brings us back to Randys / r2r situation if r2r did that does that constitute a breach of policy ? Maybe get Vendors to set up a goggle review or other review app. I am not in the know as how any of that works

People are so impatient these days. I get it, if you pay extra for second day air its reasonable to expect your package be shipped quickly but blasting companies on social media over 4 days delayed shipping is wild.

That is a total misunderstanding of this thread, which was to prevent them from shipping to an empty address.

It also clearly shows you did not understand the issue, which was not ever about delayed shipping, which is normal, but about not shipping after saying it did.

In any case, I am giving them a second chance,

Getting ready to make a big purchase so was looking for reviews. The fact that they are relatively active here and you posted in their forum and they didn’t respond certainly gives me second thoughts on ordering

The second phyto try worked out as hoped. I also then ordered some AFR from them, which is less shipping risk and it also worked fine. :)
