Do spirulina tabs dissolve?

I put a spirulina tab in my tank for the first time yesterday evening to see if my fish would eat it. I never saw them so much as sniff it, but it was gone this morning. I'm just wondering if they dissolve over time or if it fell off the glass and is laying someplace in my rocks?

They do- inverts also eat them
