Am curious if my Frogspawn and Acans are looking healthy.

How long have u had them? The frogspawn doesn’t look too happy
 
About a Month. Got them at a Black Friday sale.
 
What lighting ?
what flow do I have them in ?

Tentacles on the frogspawn look shorter than usual. The acans look healthy
