Do you name your fish?

Ive been leaning towards swiffer simce he sweeps the sand.

Almost forgot my urchin.. his name is swiper.. he steals everything and anything that isnt glued down.

My clowns are milk and cereal.



My mandarin who i am PROUD to say has finally learned how to eat anything and i dont have to have endless supply of brine or phyto is named kermit.

Chums is my cleaner shrimp

Then i have a diamond back goby i havent named yet.. any suggestions?

Yup we name out fish. Riif and Raff the 2 clowns, Cheeky the orchard dottyback, and Mr Nibbs the six line wrasse. The clowns are like The three Stooges but they're just the two stooges LOL. Cheeky is just that, a real cheeky fella. He goes after anything that I change around his rockscape. If I move a mushroom buy one of his In-N-Out holes he'll actually take a nip at the mushroom thinking it's a threat. He'll dart at the clowns trying to intimidate them but they're not even phased. And the poor six line was the last to go in a week ago this past Friday and cheeky would not leave him alone especially first thing in the morning when the wrasse would be sleeping in the rockscape.. wouldn't take long for cheeky to sniff him out and chase him out.

All my fish have names thanks to my daughter. By far my favorite is our pair of clowns, Chip and Dale. However, we now call them Chip and Gale.

Lol yeah my wife has been naming all the fish and she's even named two of the Scarlets hermit crabs we have.. pebbles and cliff. Pebbles was on the back of his shell for probably 6 weeks and that's how he got his name. And cliff got his name because as soon as we put them in the water he headed to the rocks and he's always climbing up and down the sides of the Rock.

Long story but I'll trim it to size, ordered a bunch of livestock back in February and UPS in Canada didn't even knock on our door and all of our livestock was sitting out in -20° weather for a good 5 hours. So yeah we were thinking pebbles was a write-off but he eventually turned around and does his thing.

Hi Everyone,
I name all the inhabitants of my tank. Yellow Tail Damsel is PeekyBoo cause he likes to peek out from the nest he has made under the live rock. Sand Sifting Starfish is Patrick (SpongeBob is one of my favorite cartoons). Trochus is TroCo, Cerith is Green Eggs and Ham (Doctor Seuss) he is the OG of the tank. Lol. Last but not least Nas is the Nassarius snail

Ohh yes!! All my fish in all 4 tanks have names.
As well as my dogs, my birds, snake, chickens, kids...
I name them all.

Each of the tanks all have their own theme for which the names correspond.
