We all need a little help every now and then—even our tanks! Depending on the type and size of your aquarium and the livestock it houses, supplementing may be an everyday part of your tank maintenance routine, or maybe not. Let's discuss how you're supporting nutrients and growth in your system!

I chose other because I have some daily, some every couple of days, and some as needed.

Alkalinity is usually every day or two, phosphates are a couple of times a day, nitrates are soon to be daily, calcium is every couple of days, and magnesium is as needed.

I'm starting to track things a little better and should move some of these to small doses multiple times a day.

120 SPS dominated system, I hand dose 8 different moonshine elements daily, along with Iodide and NoPox. Kalk is dosed 24/7 on an Avast Kalk stirrer.

I really should buy some dosers during these Black Friday deals.

during the time my reef was running, i would daily/weekly dose my moonshiner supplements outside of the regular NO3/PO4/ALK/CAL/MAG dosing.

All for Reef daily along with Balling B to keep my alkalinity in check. I also add a few drops iodide weekly. Recently, I started a daily carbon dosing regime with a weekly bacterial supplement.

200g and I rarely do water change and even if I do, it's only 5 gallons so I rely on dosing 2 parts AND trace minerals.

I dose diluted Tri-Lanthanum Chloride daily for Phos Management, 50ml TLC reduced with 1450ml RODI.
I also dose Iodine, Nickle, Zinc, Manganese and Vanadium weekly (Triton ICP).
Dose about 3 gallons of Kalkwasser daily and an automated 3g per day water change. All controlled by Neptune Apex.

I also add Benereef 2x to 3x a week broadcast feed for all my filter feeders, and about 50ml of AB+ about 2x a week.

Thinking about adding a AB+ dose at about 50ml daily to my tank, I have 1 head left unused on my Apex Dose units.

I generally don't dose anything except food. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes: I do rarely add some iodine just because I have a bottle from 30 years ago.
