It's very bright neon yellow no matter what lights are on. I haven't been able to ID it through google.

I think it’s just called a Green Long Tentacle Goniopora
I thought about that, but it's such a bright yellow, the picture is from the phone and doesn't do it justice, but there is no green at all on it.

I'm not saying this is the case but maybe, it looks like a neon green goni that may be bleached some making it brighter and appear yellow. I have had this happen to me on a colony I had, fed it well and it regained its bright green color to it. It is possible you have a yellow goni too... time will tell
