My AWC DOS pump is having issues on one side. The pump that adds fresh saltwater isn’t able to pull water up the line. It tries and loses suction. The water never makes it more than an inch up the line before dropping. Any suggestions?

Must be an air leak or the pump rollers are not squeezing the tube enough.

It's possible the tubing doesn't have an air-tight seal on the DOS fitting. I always soak the tubing in near-boiling water to soften it right before connecting to the DOS.

It’s been working for about a year until a couple days ago. I do think it’s the rollers not making good contact, is there a way to fix that? It makes a weird popping noise when running that none of my other pumps make (I have two DOS units).

Just did this with my DOS. Think they are like $26 on BRS. They are the entire head with rollers and tubing.
