Good morning,

Is it safe to leave my dosing setup like this? I'm dosing all for reef do I need like a connection bit for the cap? I'm having a bit of trouble with alk currently. I wonder if all for reef could be evaporating and throwing of my dosing but its more likely the reef flux I dosed a month ago.

I don't see an issue with this dosing container.

What's the issue with ALK?
Its been about a month since I did a full dose of reef flux for bryopsis and my daily intake went from 12.5ml to about 6ml. I'm guessing its just the medication and maybe some of the corals are still upset. Alk crept up on me a bit I usually keep my tank at 10.5dkh and I'm at 11.4dkh so I'm working on dropping it. I've been running carbon and doing my usual water changes so hopefully i get all the flux out soon if any is left.

No issue with using a container like that!
