Hi,
Im looking at getting some Trisodium Phosphate to help me dose my phosphates from reading 0 as my SPS have started loosing a lot of colour from what i think is too low nutrients (0 nitrate, 0 phos and my alk dropped to 5DKH :O ), ive used Rany's guide for dosing Potassium Nitrate and sodium bicarbonate to bring my alk back up to 7.5 (over a few weeks) and now its holding stable with my 8x a day dosing, ive also upped my nitrate to 5ppm and only need to dose it a couple times a week.

My problem is, im struggling to find any Trisodium Phosphate in the UK.
These are the options i have
https://www.intralabs.co.uk/trisodium-phosphate.html - listed as technical grade (industrial grade)
and
https://mistralni.co.uk/products/tsp-trisodium-phosphate-hydrate?variant=213251827 - Technical Grade

Which would be suitable for my tank ?

I’d avoid technical grade. It’s a common food additive, so it would be surprising if it’s not available.

If you can’t find a higher grade, technical is likely ok. The doses are small, so impurities are not as big of an issue as with other additives.
