I have a neon dotty back and he likes to get close to my clowns in an anemone. What would happen if the dottyback touched the anemone? Would it try and eat him or do they also have a special coating that protects them?

If the dottyback touches the anemone, it’ll get stung. To my knowledge, they can’t become resistant to anemones either. I’m pretty sure clownfish are the only fish that can.
