I picked this scoly up last year and 1st thought it was 2 separate scoly's that had just been squashed too close in the lfs tank. To my surprise, they are growing out of the same skeletal structure. I have come across a few double head scoly's but have never seen one that is 2 completely different colors. The heads seem to be competing for space where they meet in the middle as 1 day the candy apple color will be puffed over the brown and vice versa the next day. Has anybody else ever seen anything similar?

I bought an open brain(trachy) that had a barnacle growing just about dead center. Eventually the barnacle died, but it cause the trachy to become 2 separate heads on the same skeleton.

Nature is a wonderful thing.
