Dont worry I'm sure more codes and crazy deals are comin . Last week they had a media sale and things like chemi pure blue and filter pads for media cups were 40% off . Saved like 80 bucks

Was worth a try. Code does not work any longer

Had two orders. First was 2 kessil 360x second was the battery backup and 2 mp40. Kessils shipped today but not mp40s and battery.

15RKJAN is not working today

Used eBay coupon many times. I load up my cart with the equipment/supplies I am looking for and then apply the coupon. Works great. Even gotten items from well known retailers with MAP pricing restrictions on their website

Does eBay email you the codes or do you get them under the tab “my eBay”? I haven’t used eBay since like 2005 so I’m a little rusty.

I usually get mine through the eBay app. It gives me notification when there is a coupon. Granted not always aquarium related items. If Go on my computer it usualy tells me there is a coupon or code on the eBay main home page

Just a heads up about eBay. As of Jan 1st, they started charging tax on all purchases that are shipped to certain states:

State | Effective Date
Minnesota | January 1, 2019
Washington | January 1, 2019
Iowa | February 1, 2019
Connecticut | April 1, 2019
New Jersey | May 1, 2019
Alabama | July 1, 2019
Oklahoma | July 1, 2019
Pennsylvania | July 1, 2019

It doesnt matter if item is new or pre-owned, it doesnt matter where seller is from, or where item is shipped from. As long as it is shipped to one of the states above, tax is added on in the cart.
Just to see how far it goes, I added used item from seller in China, shipped from China, and I had tax added on the item (was shipping to WA)

So these 10-15% off coupons dont really do much more now, as most of the savings will go to cover taxes. Other states to follow shorty as well.

Confirmed it works on map items but tax in NJ kills it for me. Hopefully I can get an eBay deal before they start taxing.

Doesn't DFS charge sales tax as well?

I just ordered from them using Honey. It is an app that finds and applies codes at checkout. I received 15% off of a map item.
