This is my second order with Doctor reef and I could not be more happy with it !!!
The fish health is off the charts!!! I got 2 Moorish idols and 3 jade spotted files(he sent 4) a copper banded and couple dispar. Idols and spotted files are not the easiest fish to keep or even to get to eat. So to get them in such good health is amazing ! I really feel I could not have got a better start. I was worried with them being in QT for weeks that they might be on the skinny side. The idols are both eating and two of the files are eating brine shrimp with vigor the other two are being finicky but are still picking at stuff again they all look great!!!
I did loose one anthias. I contacted him to let him know everything was looking great and that I had lost one dispar but that he had accidentally sent me 4 jade files instead of 3 so I was not worried about the dispar.
He replied and said it was not a accident and that if they can they will include a extra file as they dont ship well,,, who is this guy !!! LOL He then went on to offer a credit for the anthias or a refund. Seriously this guy is amazing!!!!
I also wanted to point out that he has responded almost immediately when I've emailed him. It is really hard to find customer service like this now days.
Im over top happy with Dr Reef. I ordered my bucket list fish knowing in advance that there was a high probability of mortality and to get difficult fish this healthy already QTd is absolutely amazing! Its all on me now to keep them going but could not have asked for a better start.
