I went through a velvet/ich ordeal almost a year ago. Decided moving forward would only order quarantined fish.

Naso Tang
Desjardini
Magnificent Foxface
Two swallowtail angels
Gem Tang
Black clowns

All arrived fat and healthy. My Gem Tang didn’t survive 24 hours. Never came out of hiding and wants not picked on. I sent pictures to Dr Reef. No issue, 6 weeks later my replacement arrived. I asked that it be a little larger than my last shipped gem and desjardini, hoping to help with aggression as the other tangs now established. Man did they deliver. Really fat and big gem tang. Put him in an acclimation box for only a day. Eating and zero aggression issues. Has been fat happy and swimming around for now two weeks.

Great service, communication, shipping, everything.

Will be ordering again to complete my stocking wish list.
