Dr Reef for the win

Just wanted to give an honest review. So often we hear the negatives and less of the positives. I want to share my experience with my last purchase from them. I work away weeks at a time and rely on my family and my Apex a lot. Treating and quarantining fish are a bit too much of a ask of my family. I figured I would give them a try. I purchased A GEM, Lt, and a Maculiceps tang. As well as Royal pencil Wrasse and a Exquisite fire fish. They worked with me a lot as being available to receive packages can be tricky sometimes. When it was almost time for shipment they reached out and confirmed everything. As well as all the in between emails from me were promptly answered. The wait was over and when i received the box I was instantly nervous as the box as well as the Styrofoam were broken. My wife and son quickly jumped into action. getting fish out and acclimating. Needless to say I was rather upset with UPS. After acclimation all the fish looked great aside from the GEM his eye looked a bit cloudy and almost like it got scraped. I quickly had my son take pictures and videos of the tang. They already took pictures of the box as i had insured it for this reason alone. I emailed Dr reef with my concern and within minutes they responded with suggestions and assured me that they believed the gem would be fine in a few days. They also extended the guarantee for another 2 weeks. Long story short It's been going on two months, and all the fish are doing great fat and happy.
