We just picked up this dragon soul torch and put it into our tank. I removed it from the plug like I normally do by taking my bone cutters to the bottom and breaking the bond between the superglue and the plug. I got it glued down with no issue and as I checked the tank right before bed I saw this. Looks like it's splitting. Could I have cracked the skeleton? Any ideas what k should do now? I'll try to take some better photos tomorrow.

The skeletons are very fragile. I’ve crushed them in the last and was able to somewhat piece it together with glue. Good luck.

It’s possible. I would not remove until it is established in the tank

As much as I'd like to try and fix it I will wait for at least a week before I mess around it it. I just don't want it to die after all the driving I did to get it to the our tank.

Looks worse today. Do I ever feel stupid at the moment. Should I try to glue it back together or leave it?

I think it’s a goner my friend. If the tentacles are looking flat and not extended I don’t know how you can save it. I hope I’m wrong!

Woke up to this.

I seperated the two pieces. Not sure what will happen but we're going to play the waiting game.
