So I have dreamed of having a snowflake eel for years. Or 2 or 3 or... Well you get it.
I have several freshwater tanks but tonight my family surprised me with a 150 gallon tank for Mother's Day!
Thing is, it's just the tank. Ha. I know tomorrow I will be going crazy through forums trying to get all the answers but I need to know what is needed to make the perfect home for that baby I'll be getting in a few months! (Willing I can get it all set up and cycled correctly before then)
I don't want to skimp on anything and want to have everything perfect.
And random questions I have?
I know multiple eels can live together and I've saw several people have a couple in a 150 gallon. Is it unreasonable to want multiple? Or even different types of eels?
Are they good with other fish also? I mean, I'm sure they'd eat any that would fit but... Puffers, maybe?
This is a ramble and if you made it this far, thank you! I am so unbelievably excited to get started on this!
