Hey Guys!

In August I had the idea of buying a Nano reef ( Blau AIO 91lt) so that me and my son ( 3 years old) could start reefing together and for what I researched it is a great way to educate children to have tasks and responsabilities and I've always wanted a Saltwater Aquarium for me.
I had almost 0 experience in fish keeping, Had a freshwater aquarium when I was 13 (wich went bad cause I had no help), so I relied on LFS knowledge and in my own research. Many mistakes were made, like not having the aquarium cycle and etc....
Initially things went good until I had a oodinum outbreak that killed 5/6 fish I had. When I was able to do the copper treatment in a Hospital Tank it was too late...

I fell in love with the Hobby and today I'm a much better reefer thanks to all who share their Knowledge!

Recently an oportunity came to do an upgrade and I made the deal, a 65x120x60 (cm) (468lt or 123 gallon) aquarium with a 1m steel stand. Currently it is in the carpenter doing the cover for the stand wich will be in white lacquered high-gloss wood.

The equipment will be the following:

-Deltec 1000i Skimmer
-2x Manits 6000 return pump
-2x Hydra 32hd + stand
-Jebao 18w UV sterilizer
-DD Controller
-Titanium 300w Heater
-I Will start with filtration socks and next year I'm buying a Clarisea 5000 roller

I want to do a mixed reef with a strong focus on LPS. My favourite coral are torches, wich I'll be doing a garden of them

Currently I only have a picture of the tank in display wich I will be posting alongside my current Nano.

Hope you guys enjoy my Build Thread :)

The day finally arrived :D

Mr Luis and his nephew came over to install de new tank while me and my little boy moved the nano to another room.

Some changes in the equipment were made, the mantis bombs were traded for maxpect jump MJ-DC 8000 and I added a clarisea 5000 filter roll.

Here are some photos for you guys
