Duetto ATO Pump Replacement

Looks like my Duetto ATO Pump went out on me. I was reading you can get a replacement through warranty, not sure how long that warranty is for. Mine was ordered Nov 2019, so probably outside warranty.

I need to know if I have to go through XP Aqua to get a replacement pump, or if other pumps will work with this ATO.

Hi - I notice today that the water level is low. Turned off and on the unit and it beeps, to me the pump is dead. Is the Duetto pump replaceable? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Same here - pump went. Unit is just over a year old. Disappointing considering I paid over $100 (brand new from LFS).

Funny enough I saw the price of the pump on Amazon, realized it was the same pump as the AutoAqua ATO, bought that whole unit since it was only about $20 more and 3 weeks later the senor went out.

Is the Duetto really anything different than the Fzone? It uses the same pump. I but it's just an fzone sold for 3x the price.
