It only stays closed for a couple hours but I don’t know what’s wrong. One day it will be fully open with its heads out and the next minute it’s completely closed. It is growing and other corals are thriving. Any ideas on why this is happening?

It is feeding more than likely. When I feed mine it will close up as it captures food. Then a short period of time after it will open up again. You may also have something like a snail or hermit that gets close to it causing it to close periodically. No worries!
