Hi reefers,

I have a 75g tank, its running for almost a year now, recently (10 days back) i added a duncan frag, for the first day it was fine, fully opened, the day after it closed and never opened again, some reefers suggested to move it to moderate flow area in the tank, so i did.

yesterday night i noticed that there is a hole on one of the heads, im not sure how bad it is and what i can do to save this poor animal.

please help to identify the issue, and how to save it

Try an iodine dip. Did you acclimate it to your lights? Did you dip it before placing it in your tank?
Yes, i acclimated it to the light for 10 days and dipped in CoralRx before i placed it, shall i dip it again ?

Coral rx does not contain iodine. It is more for pest control. You may have a bacterial issue. I use Sea Chem reef dip after coral rx.
