Does anyone hand feed duncans 1 person told me to the place I get my fish said not to. But I enjoy hand feeding my fish and shrimp what do I do

I don't hand feed mine, but I do use a turkey baster to feed each head. I only do this about once a week or even less sometimes.

I do it every night I even hand feed my fresh water fish I am just hands on now if I could get the cats to go with the program lol
