E5 LED Retro Tubes?

Anyone else see this on Reef Builders? Looks pretty cool. Just curious on what they will cost and if you have a dimmable fixture if you can dim them. I don't know a whole lot about lighting electronics so forgive me if that's a dumb question. Haha.

Our corals need high intensity lighting.

Multiple 1 watt LED driven a a low current do not create a lot of heat and may work in a T5 Tube for FOWLR.

High intensity LED Lighting using the latest 5 watt LEDs require both substantial passive and active cooling to achieve the intensity of a 250-400 watt MH Light.

Yeah I was curious on how they would be cooled. Doubt they will be very powerful.
