eb832 disconnected

hi guys .. ive installed my apexel +eb832+trident set a week ago. everything was working perfectly until today when i turn off the power to add a eb6 n rewire everything neatly. after reconnecting everything, i turn the power on and the eb832 lights just blink non stop and on the status page it says disconnected. i;ve tried restarting/rebooting , unplug all cables and just link back apexel to eb832 and still the blinking is there.

after that, i decided to link the eb6 with the apexel + trident n run it while i get a ticket from neptune. the eb6 is working fine n is link to my apexel/fusion. have any of u guys experience this? any help will b appreciated

If you take the the eb6 energy bar out of the equation, does the Apex come back on?
