I am not sure why Echotech took away support for its devices from Apex but I find that Mobius does not meet my needs. The Bluetooth connectivity is awful. I have 4 MP 40's, 1 Vectra, and 3 Radions connected and at any given time at least one of them has lost connection. Not knowing which Radion or MP 40 is not connect means they all have to be power cycled to get connectivity back. Once say all the Radions are connected and I make a template change which works but when I try to save it Mobius tells me the save failed because of Bluetooth issues. I wish Ecothech had used wi-fi instead of Bluetooth as I know my wi-fi is network is good. In my humble opinion Mobius as it stands today with Bluetooth connectivity is just not worth the investment in Echotech products. I am actively looking to replace all my Echotech products with other solutions that use wi-fi and can be controlled by my GHL Proflux. What do you guys think?

Can you not downgrade the firmware to allow third party controller integration?

I know the MP's can be downgraded, not sure about the lights.

I made the switch to GHL. It is worth it.

Mitras is way better now that I have a side by side comparison with Radion.

I still have Vectras but I don't change them so it is good.

I am really disappointed in Mobius too. I was excited about blue tooth, but indeed the roll out has been less than stellar.

Great to hear about your experience with GHL. I am just changing over from Apex because I started having issues with it as well.

LOL me too. My small tank is Apex with Gen5 Radion. My new tank is GHL with Vectras.

Both Apex and EcoTech have left a bad taste in my mouth.

The new Radion G5 lights cannot be downgraded. Only the G4 and older models are Apex controllable.

I have read a load of complaints with Mobius on multiple sites and forums. I still have all my ecotech connected to my reeflink, works without any issues. Maybe downgrade what you can to a reeflink?
