Eclectus shroom not doing well

I got this mushroom about a month back and it was doing fine. Then I noticed it’s mouth open a bit and then today I see it spit out mesenterial filaments. I’ve had other shrooms spit them out but never detach and falloff like this. You can see the small spiral/circular pieces broken off.

Am I doomed? Any suggestions? I did thrown in some activated carbon.

I run a radion with the AB+ schedule. I have it high up but way off to the side on my frag rack, so I would say it’s getting Med to low light. This guy was completely fine for 3-4 weeks. Water parameters have been stable.

I did add a kryptonite shroom on the other side of the cup right around when this started. Maybe warfare?
