Ecotech app release

When will you guys be releasing an app for the xr15, xr30 and xr30 pro, that way we can have the same control with our phones and tablets?

Yes, you still need reeflink. Mobius from what I can gather will be the replacement. How you interface remotely or otherwise.. I have no idea.

I had spoken with someone from ecotech and they are supposed to be releasing an app that will no longer require you to use the reef link, kind of the same way you connect to an AI for instance, didn't know if there was any word on when it will be getting released. Supposedly the software and Wi-Fi is already built in to the current xr15 and xr30 models.

Heard there’s a chip needed correct me if I am wrong. Sicken tired reeflink, mine was disconnected for a while then I called, somewhat fixed then died again. Shame

The newer Vortech and Radion equipment are already shipped with the new chip (black color chip) that is required to connect with the app Mobius. You can download the app now, but for now is only working with the new Versa dosing pump. At some point they are going to release an update to make the app works with every other equipment that is capable. If your Radion are from 2018 or newer, probably they work right away. I do have radions from 2018 and MP40QD and on the Reeflink I can see that they are Mobius compatible, no chip update is needed.
