Sanjay recommends at least 100 PAR on the sand bed. I like 200-250 for clams and Carpet Anemones. I've grown huge colonies of Euphylla under 400 watt 6.5K Iwasakies. For most corals as long as you acclimate the higher light can be beneficial.

I did notice that Acans and Zoas like a nutrient rich low light environment but still at levels higher than you're running.

Here is a pic of my reef parameter log book
IMG_0162.JPG

I think your PO4 is still too high.
Mine runs about 0.02 to 0.08, but the past 2 months has been steady at 0.04.

Ca440
Mg1320
Alk9.9
Phospate 0.25
78 degrees
Ph8.0
1.025 salinity
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 5
Nitrite 0

and this one...

Your corals are getting a maximum of 100 PAR. That's way too little. I would suggest bumping your lights up (slowly) to get to at least 85%...I would personally recommend 100% which is what I'm running my radions at.

Our facility is running almost 100 % on radions!! FYI
I'm going to go ahead and take my cues from these guys.

How do you keep it at that level

I feed 18 fish once a day, 3 types of pellets, 1 - 2 cubes of mysis and 1/4 to 1/2 sheet nori.
I skim wet and my skimmer is over sized.
Water changes are 20% and vary weekly to every other week based on nitrate and phosphate levels.
I have TONS of flow in my tank.

But.....that is only what works for me at this time. There's a millions ways to run a tank.

Find your balance, make changes slowly, have patience. Patience. PATIENCE.

It looks like your phosphate is trending down, so you're headed in the right direction.
Keep checking the level and if it plateaus maybe it's time to change out the GFO.
And some smart and very experienced people have given you good suggestions on changes to your lighting.

Meaning all radions, not percentage of intensity.

Whats the difference between brightness and intensity i set my lights in the setting at 40% "BRIGHTNESS" and i noticed each color has a intensity and the values are different so do i set intensity or brightness and what is the difference between the two

Think of the left side as a bulb combo for a t5 fixture and the intensity is comparable to how high you keep the same fixture off the water, at least That's how we look at it. Just keep in mind... if you have all of the colors at 50% and the overall is at 50 you are really only running the lights at 25%.

You should run GFO tumbling in it's own reactor to capture it's full phos, reduction benefit. :)
Not packed in same reactor with other media.
