Tried a few different wetsides today and thought I would share:
BONUS: feel free to critique my aquascape (I will add an island on the front left)

Not a scientific test but speps:
Mp10, 40% Flow, 32g Fiji EXT (only filled below the overflow for now) - about 23" left to right.

You definitely get the most flow with just stock.
Can confirm -
I did really like the 4dAquatics one - I think I can hide it pretty well on the back wall and angle it just enough not to ruffle the sand too bad.

The Neat wide flow had a nice movement IMO.

I probably should have tried the different modes on the pumps like lagoon to see those.
