Between the two, to me it looks like it has a darker brown body with yellow and white spots (tile), rather than the tan body with dark spots of the greyface.

I am far from an eel expert, however. And I don't know how many 'eel people' there are here. Maybe @lion king would know.

i cant think

So r they easy to care? I don't want to buy any complicated eel
Honestly, no eel is ‘Easy’ to care for. They all have a specialised diet of the predatory fish.

If its what I think it might be, it is an awesome eel. It is a fang tooth eel and looks pretty mature already, which means it can be pretty dangerous. Unless you are keeping it alone it will need to be with large semi to aggressive fish in at least 180g. I would suggest an observation tank to establish a feeding regime of dead food. Putting this eel directly into the display could be risky, as they may see tank mates as food.

Actually it's my first time I want eel. U can say I am crazy for tangs. I hv raised every predator fish but never had a Eel. That's sound funny I know. So will it show aggression to my tangs and some domino damsels? That's only things I hv in my tank. My tank is approx 7 foot don't know in gallons

The damsels, food for sure, and many tangs can not hold up to a fang tooth eel. Honestly it may not be the right fit for a first time eel. Raising a small one is always safer and a pebbletooth eel is a safer bet with most fish. Fang tooth eels are a different beast when they mature.

One of the smaller pebbletooths; snowflake, skeletor, banded. My favorite is the skelator. Mayba a snake eel, check out @Slocke, I believe he also has a snowflake and maybe another pebbletooth.
