So my Foxface has had a really bad ich outbreak… but is otherwise acting fine.
I have rush-ordered polyplab ich treatment. No other fish seem affected.
This is the second morning it looks like this but it seems to clear up over the day.

Black ich maybe?

Haven’t done any additions in a very long time and there is no flashing or other signs of sickness or discomfort. So I'm not overly worried and am not going to overreact

Has that Polyplab stuff been shown to have any efficacy against ich? Do you have UV running?
