I have nassarius snails and turbo snails. Are these snail eggs or something else?

Definitely snail eggs, though that's a surprisingly small number of them. Out of the two kinds you have, I'd guess Nassarius snail eggs, as - to my knowledge - Turbo snails are generally broadcast spawners rather than egg layers.

I finally caught my nassarius doing it’s thing and decorating my tank with palm tree frawns lol… not sure what these eggs are in the op post..

Yeah, I know some Nassarius lay with different patterns then yours, but looking a bit more into turbo snail eggs, it seems that some turbo snails in the hobby are known to lay demersal eggs in clusters similar to the OP's (though the OP's cluster is still unusually small). So, revisiting this thread, yeah, I'd change my guess to turbo eggs.

This is my second clutch of them.. the first ones disappeared after a week or so.. I’m amusing they died and floated away but no telling lol..I have about 15 very large nassi snails in my tank.
