i hear you all. and appreciate all the help.

call me stubborn, call ma a tinkerer or, i like to experiment and learn.
will this come and bite me in the *** later because i was stupid? maybe.

i'm taking a calculated risk.

i'll be keeping the sps tank arcro free for a few weeks. any eggs that my have been laid in the last week, will hatch, and starve due to no acros present.

the one acro thats left, has been dipped and inspected, and moved into the LPS tank

if it survives flatworm free for a few weeks, i'm going to call it clean, and move it back into the other tank.
if it dies, or if i see flatworms on it, then i'll chuck it... and any flatworms in this tank will starve and die, because there is no other acro or even sps in it.

i'll make sure to post an update when i have any result.

and i will send a message to my LFS that they have a AEFW problem.

There's some brand new research that just came out that will help you determine a safe fallow period. Take a look at: https://experiment.com/u/2xoIng

If you keep your tank at e.g. 26 C (79 F), any eggs in the system will take about 13 days to hatch. After hatching they can survive up to 9 days in the absence of acros.
