Are you keeping a consistent temperature? I find my elegances to be more sensitive to that than other corals.

I assume you have other things in your tank that are doing ok?

It likely is tank and water .
My elegance the size of a football. Moderate light and water flow. Some of your parameters are high.

Temp range 77-79
salinity 1.025 (35ppt)
ph 8.1-8.3
Mag 1300
CA 400-450
Alk 8-9

Is this new or existing? How much flow is it getting? I find Elegans like moderate flow.

I've had it for about a month, some days it's more closed than others. It has been about 2 or 3 days like this.

I do have a hammer not doing very well. One of its heads had a partial bailout, and the rest is ok. So I moved it lower to less flow and light to hopefully let it heal up. But idk what is off. pH is 8.2, alk is 9.2. I've been dosing Brightwell Aminos (half dose), feeding mysis to my pistol shrimp every couple days, and also feeding reef chili from BRS every few days.
