What do you feed them??
I mix reefroids with Goniopower and Fritz Coral Max all together and feed my entire system 2 times a week along wit AB+ 3times a week I also catch it eating the fish food which is mycid shrimp and bloodworms.

Too little flow and elegance corals will not make it as they need their tentacles to be clear of debris and obviously, too much flow and you may risk tearing the polyps. They require regular feedings. offering foods such as krill, Mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, or small pieces of fish, and shrimp.
Elegance corals ARE prone to elegance coral syndrome (ECS). If your coral has this disease, you’ll see swelling around the oral disc and unopened polyps and even a white mucus substance.

Yes- looks very normal. It will deflate when lights go out as its photosynthetic. If it looks like this tomorrow and moving forward- youre on your way !
