Elegance placement question

Relating to flow, is it better to have super low flow over it or regular flow a torch or hammer enjoys? It opens up but it the tentacles seem to stay small.

I've had mine for about 2 years and I keep mine in a flow a hammer or a torch would enjoy and it does great.

Elegance tend to like medium flow medium light. Just make sure there's nothing around it to bother the tentacles.
