Hi everyone, I have like 3 emerald crabs, and I noticed only one of them have this like algae or hairy stuff growing on its back. Does anyone know what is that? should I be concerned? should I remove him?

On that note, would they eat seaweed? i’m concerned that they don’t have enough food and will nip on my corals.

Thanks

Mine get hairy like that sometimes, I think it happens when they’re about to shed but either way they’re fine.

They will eat anything you put in there so yes they will eat nori. You could also just feed a little extra or put some pieces shrimp in there if you’re worried about them not eating enough.
