Emergency help with clownfish Missing her tail

So when I fed tank this evening I saw that my clown is entirely missing her tail. Her other fins look a bit battered.

Any thoughts? If it’s the male clown, perhaps I should move one or the other, though they have been together for nearly two years. The quarantine tank Has a new 8 line fairy wrasse for about a month. Which fish should go in Qt? Any help is appreciated.

the tank is a 200 gallon reef. Other inhabitants are:

a second clown (smaller than the first)
hippo tang
Kole tang
Coral beauty - last fish to go in, six weeks ago - 2 mo quarantine.
Mandarin goby
Starry lawnmower blenny
2x skunk cleaner shirmp
Handful of blue legged hermits (tiny)
Assorted snails

Various euphylia

Can you post a picture, might help us assess the magnitude of the issue. Can you isolate the clown in a breeder basket?

You should isolate it in a floating basket and be prepared to isolate and treat with antibiotics if it grows worse or gets inflamed. If the tail bone (hypural plate) is damaged, the fin won’t grow back.

Just to follow up, about three days in the clown jumped out of the isolation tank and back into the display. I just left her in there. Tail is looking healed, but it hasn't grown back yet.

If you're wondering how she jumped out, it was because I got laze and took off the lid to make feeding the isolation tank easier.

You're just gonna have to wait and see if it gets beat up again. If it does then your gonna have to get rid of the aggressor or just wait it out and hope that the aggression eventually ends. Over many years I have found that many times after a while the aggression stops although you might have a fish thats a little beat up for a while but will heal up if the aggression stops. If your attached or really like the fish and don't want to wait to see what happens then just get rid of the aggressor.
