Hello i have had this Emperor angelfish for some time now, it always had a few worts but after the copper treatment about one month ago (he also had ich) they were okays, in the last week they came back with a vengeance, now i know there is no known cure to this, but what can i do to the fish to help him a bit, maybe a formol/ peroxide / freshwater dip idk anything to help him out. I have started to give him enriched foods with lipovit/lipogarlic but he s refusing to eat.

I agree - that isn't Lymphocystis. Most likely it is flukes, probably Neobendenia. Here is a post about using Praziquantel to treat that:

Another option would be hyposalinity at 1.012 for 30 days;

I prefer hypo because it also treats ich and is a more sure-fire treatment. However, hypo cannot be done in a tank with invertebrates in it.

I did a 5 minutes freshwater dip to see if they were flukes. No flukes present . What else could it be. They fell off today but yesterday he had around his mouth those warts like things like tubes idk

Only one species of fluke can be seen in dips without a microscope (Neobenedenia). However, these photos also show some secondary bacterial infection on this fish's mouth and tail. That can be from handling issues, or damage from flukes. That requires treatment with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic. I like to use Neomycin, but some people use Kanamycin.

This is a chance and often will not reveal most flukes . Prazi can be in tank with coral and inverts

Sorry, I'm in the US and I don't know what might be available to you in Romania. Most true antibiotics for aquarium fish are restricted in the EU. eSHA2000 might work, but it is more of an antiseptic. Furanol plus in another option.

I don t have access to prazi, i have access to Tremazol. But are you positive it is flukes and not smthing else? Also can i treat Tremazol directly in the tank, as i said it s just this fish in it, and some filtration .

Tremazole Not reef safe and too should be dosed at 85% or 2.4ml per liter max in a separate tank with air stone added. FlukeSolve should also be available and work

Sorry to see.

Those lesions are either from mechanical damage or from a virulent bacterial infection. Vibrio bacteria often cause this, but there should have been some discoloration yesterday...the bacteria eats the flesh quickly, but not in 12 hours.

And where did this bacteria come from, is like a parasite that came with the fish or just something that can just appear

Vibrio is a group of bacteria normally found in seawater aquariums. When a fish has damaged skin, they can colonize the wound and the consume the fish’s tissue if the fish has low resistance. Previous disease like flukes is a common initial cause for this.

I believe this is a severe bacterial infection, and currently, controlling the bacterial infection takes priority over addressing parasites. Extensive skin damage can impose an additional osmoregulatory burden, so you may need stronger antibiotics. However, I would not choose nitrofuran-based antibiotics to treat diseases in marine fish. Through multiple experiments, I've found that nitrofuran baths are ineffective against vibriosis in my region. Moreover, after adding nitrofuran-based medications, the number of Vibrio bacteria in the water actually increases. For mild infections, I might opt for medications like florfenicol or enrofloxacin and increase the frequency of water changes. I'm not sure what medications are available in your area, but for such a severe infection, I would choose intramuscular antibiotic injections.
