Encrusting goniopora? Or non?

Today I came home and it was super sucked in its skeleton I had no idea why it was doing so good.. So I waited a few hours only a few poked out. I moved my power head instead of disturbing it from its spot. What about my clown ? Do you think it him that could make it do that
 
Well between today and yesterday he's only been out of his skeleton like 8 hours or so and it's not all of them there is still quite a few hiding
