Picked up a used pf1200 for a 125 project I'm working on. I've run into a small problem. The bulkheads are 1" and regular 1" schedule 40 PVC fit the outputs of the bulkheads fine but is too thick for the inflows and the original inserts were already gone. Any idea what size pipe it's supposed to use?

Try some of the sprinkler PVC fitting, they are a different size the schedule 40.

Thanks I'll check some out. Was thinking also that that push connect cpvc stuff looked thinner walled, but I don't remember seeing it in 1 inch

I forget that you are up north and do not run sprinkler system let we do in the south. The big box store down here, have some of the large cpvc tubing

Yeah Lowes didn't have anything that big and HD has even less selection. I probably could have found it at another hardware store as some places do use sprinklers so I'm sure someone carries it. I ended up using a 1 1/4" sink drain tube extension. Almost a perfect fit. It did require a bead of silicone around the seam to stop it from dribbling water. I now have a dead quit overflow with the water level just kissing the rim of the emergency drain pipe. yay!
