Could be many reasons. But how’s your parameters when that happened?

Tends to happen whenever yani comes on the radio. Stop playing yani.

ime these are the most likely factors.

1.) salinity change, which effects every parameter
2.) flow change, or not enough flow to clear its tissue.
3,) fluctuating nutrients. Where there are periods of none then some, then none again.

Thank you

Yes my parameters are not very good. From a few days I used fluval biological enhancer bacteria and I’m not sure if this is ok ?
How to help with this parameters?
Water change was done yesterday.

Tem 25
Salt 1.023
Ph 7.8
Ammonia 0.5
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 40
Kh 11,5

Ammonia should be at 0 and your salinity should be at 1.026 Are you using a API test kit ?

That's good I've seen where they can become infected and the center oral disk is missing/damaged and the inside is white due to the tissue being gone.

So that’s mean she’s ok ? Maybe she’s hungry when she’s looking like that?

Not sure pictures not clear enough to be honest. If it closes and extends, its probably normal. If it looks super white in the center and it never closes its mouth you have a problem

Bring the salinity up, and lower the KH slightly for now to around 8-9. don’t do anything to the coral. Just let it be in a moderate to low flow area. They will recover (slowly will take weeks) as long as no changes are being done all the time.

I read that should to be 1.023 to 1.025 ?
Yes I have API test .
The API test kits are very inaccurate. Which is probably why you are getting some ammonia. The recommended salinity level for a reef tank is 1.026

Usually the best way is not to do any dosing or water changes. And depending on the number of corals in the tank the KH will drop slowly (which means corals are consuming calcium and magnesium etc to grow). After few days test for KH again. Once it dropped to near 9 or 8.6 then you can continue dosing or do a small water change only if necessary.
Instead of API, use Salifert test kit which is more accurate. Or use a Hannah DKH checker.
Cheers!
