Any thoughts of the evolution led 200 watt is good for my 75 gallon tank (48x18x24) ??

Any thoughts on a good LED that's affordable but not to cheep? I have a tank that's 48x18x24

Option 1: 2 Radions Gen 1 or 2 with Tir Lens (Still great fixes. just not the latest; low in cost if found)
Option 2: 2 Kessil A350 (3 if SPS tank)
Option 3: 2 AI SOL (3 if SPS)
Option 4: 2 AI Vega (3 if SPS)
Option 5: DIY LED Fixture (consult Lighting forums for information)
