I am seeing symptoms simliar to this post and the wrasse and 2 others are in my qt tank.

My question is if the issue neurological do I need to restart my QT clock?
Is this contagious am I just waiting for the other 2 wrasses to get it or is it specific to Exquisite?
I am currently adding metroplex and focus to the food is that correct?

Here is my fish. It eats just fine and can swim upright when going after food. I do not think it is a swim bladder issue because it sinks when at rest.
Sorry pictures are bad because the tanks is pretty old and fogged over.

Here is my post on UNWD, the wrasse in the 2019 video that you linked to has this, so if your wrasse are acting the same, I’d say they do as well.

Thank you that sucks. I will put it out of it misery, I think restarting the clock on QT will be best as I can observe the other 2 closers.
