The Torch arrived healthy. It is a beautiful Torch and I am waiting for it to fully open to discuss the coloration with Scott. I already spoke to Scott. He was very receptive, professional, and calm. I do not want to disclose the context of our conversation or why we had one until the Torch is fully open.

I am already looking at his catalog to possibly order again. I guess it all comes down to expectation management.
