I went with the reef octopus cr140. http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/reef-octopus-calcium-reactor-dual-chamber.html . I use chaeto with keeps my nutrients really low. What are your nutrient levels?
I haven't used a reef octopus myself but have a buddy who used the single chamber version and could never get a stable effluent. His was also used when he purchased it and had to replace the pump so maybe that had something to do with it.

With my larger fish population, chaeto could never keep up so I had to go with reactors. I also feed a ridiculous amount of food so really there was no way the chaeto could have kept up in my system. If yours is less stocked are you feed less, perhaps you should be fine but my initial thought is you will need to use some type of media and reactor if nutrient levels start rising on you.

Got some stuff done this weekend as the wife was kind enough to give me a baby free day mostly.

Built my new frag racks for the frag tank

Installed the board on my walk-board setup finally!

Even got a handy new stool for the fish room and found a nice spot to stash my fragging tools. ;)

Not sure which you have but the Colorado Sunburst just looks amazing as is. It gets about 200-250 par and moderate to low flow.

Game of Clue... If you guessed the below, then you won: :(

Mr. Blonde Naso murdered the regal angel in the QT tub with a scalpel.

How depressing this morning to find this. Literally cut one on his side by his guts and another close to his anal fin. Its impossible to find a regal eating so it just makes it that much worse.
