Cannot get a good pic, but have some ghost flatworms that are a bit flatter than the picture in hitchhiker form. seem to eat pods a bit, but I do not have any liverock so not sure where they came from. will they harm a pod pop in a 15 gal?

they will definitely eat the pods. i have some in my sump and they basically eradicated my pods
wrasses take care of them. apparently spotted mandarin’s as well. and specific damsels****... I was hoping they wouldn't get them all. Will they at least be food for things that eat pods?
