Faulty high temp reading

After unplugging my Apex temp probe to relocate it and reroute the cord it is now reading >10 degrees high. Tried unplugging and rebooting without success.

Just re calibrate.

Just re calibrate.

After letting it settle for several hours the reading returned to normal. The recalibration task stated it was only to be used for slight variances and could not be used if temp difference was >10 degrees.
