Hello,
I contacted INKBIRD through email on march 10 about a faulty IT 308 WiFi controller. I received an email promptly and ultimately concluded that the temperature probe was faulty. I was promised replacement parts would be sent out. I waited around 2 weeks with no update. I emailed again and they assured me that they had an issue and it would now be sent out. Its been almost another two weeks and still no update.
